The CrazyTower VIP Tower Club

The VIP Tower Club is the high-roller programme at CrazyTower. It's invitation-based, but you can request consideration through live chat once your activity, deposit volume and account standing meet our threshold. Once invited, your account climbs five tiers of the Tower, from Squire through Crown, with benefits stacking at each step.

How to get an invite

The fastest path is consistent activity. Steady deposits, regular gameplay across pokies and live, and a clean account record (no chargebacks, no abuse flags) all factor into invitations. Open live chat and ask the agent to escalate your account for VIP review once you feel ready.

Responsible play, VIP-grade

Higher stakes mean higher stakes. Every VIP at CrazyTower works with their personal manager to set deposit, loss and session caps that match their bankroll. Tools are available in your account at all times, regardless of tier.

VIP Tower Club FAQ

How do I get into the VIP Tower Club?

By invitation, based on activity. Once your deposit volume, gameplay frequency and account standing meet our threshold, we send an invite via your registered email. You can also request consideration through live chat.

What benefits scale with each tier?

Wagering reductions, cashback rate, withdrawal speed, personal-manager access, custom bonuses and birthday gifts all step up with each tier. Crown tier unlocks bespoke bonus terms set by your account manager.

Can I lose my VIP status?

Tiers are reviewed quarterly. Steady activity holds your tier. Sustained inactivity over a quarter steps you down one tier; full inactivity over two quarters returns you to standard membership.
